Michelle Alban

Vice President of Communications and Social Impact for Paramount Global Networks Americas

Michelle leads the development and execution of all internal and external communications strategies, as well as social impact projects for ViacomCBS Networks Americas, which includes Latin America and is based in the Miami office. Alban brings over 15 years of international communications, public affairs and media industry experience to the role and is a proud veteran of the US Air Force.

Puja Vohra

Executive Vice President, Marketing And Strategy, Showtime Networks Inc.

In her role, Vohra oversees the marketing of all SHOWTIME original programming, including award-winning series such as BILLIONS, THE CHI, BLACK MONDAY, YOUR HONOR, THE GOOD LORD BIRD and THE L WORD: GENERATION Q. She also oversees its full-funnel media efforts, promotions, digital strategy and social media, as well as brand strategy and analytics. Vohra is a seasoned leader with over two decades of experience working with leading brands around the world.

Paula Williams Madison

Chairman and CEO of Madison Media Management LLC and 88 Madison Media Works Inc.

In 2011, Madison retired from NBCUniversal, where she had been Executive Vice President of Diversity as well as a Vice President of the General Electric Company (GE), then the parent company of NBCU. During her 22 years with NBCU, she held a number of successful leadership roles, including President and General Manager of NBC4 Los Angeles, Los Angeles Regional General Manager for NBCU’s Telemundo TV stations and Vice President and News Director of NBC4 New York. She was also named one of the “75 Most Powerful African Americans in Corporate America” by Black Enterprise Magazine.
