Jayzen Patria is a personal branding expert, inclusion advocate, and keynote speaker who helps organizations transform and drive workforce engagement, guiding thousands to amplify their brand voice and bring their best, unique selves to work every day.

A 25-year learning and development veteran of top companies, including General Electric, Comcast, and NBCUniversal, Jayzen has worked with Fortune 500 brands globally. At NBCUniversal, he led executive development and is recognized as the architect of the Talent Lab—the company’s uniquely branded corporate university.

Inspired by his multicultural background, Jayzen is a lifelong inclusion advocate. He led global ERGs for more than 15 years and is known for bringing his powerful personal storytelling to the development programs he created for underrepresented employees

Jayzen has been featured at international conferences including TEDx, SXSW, INTIX, Women Who Tech Shanghai, Out & Equal’s Executive Forum, and more.
